This wall-mounted combi gas boiler features a quiet ignition system. Traditional ignition creates loud clicking noise that disturbs users, especially during night bathing. Our electronic continuous igniter generates a stable spark with low acoustic impact.
The ignition sequence is precisely controlled by the mainboard: pre-purge first, then spark ignition, and flame ionisation detection verifies flame establishment within a limited time window. If ignition fails within several attempts, the boiler locks ignition and displays an error code to stop gas supply automatically, preventing unburned gas accumulation.
The igniter electrode adopts high-temperature-resistant ceramic insulation, resisting carbon contamination and surface leakage. It maintains reliable spark performance for years. The ignition assembly is easy to reach and replace during maintenance, so technicians can quickly swap a damaged igniter without disassembling large parts of the boiler.
