After full assembly, every finished boiler passes a water pressure tightness test, air tightness test, ignition test, and full-load running aging test. Defective units are picked out and reworked before packing.
Finished goods are sampled randomly from each batch for laboratory performance testing, including thermal efficiency, emission, and safety protection function verification. A complete production traceability system is implemented. Each boiler has a unique serial number, allowing buyers to trace the production batch, testing record, and component source according to the serial number if a quality inquiry arises.
