This combi gas boiler uses high-precision temperature sensors with a narrow tolerance range. The temperature probes adopt NTC thermistor elements encapsulated in a stainless steel sleeve, providing fast response to water temperature changes and good resistance to corrosion. The supply and return temperature sensors are installed on the heating circuit, while separate sensors monitor domestic hot water inlet and outlet. Multiple temperature measuring points allow the mainboard to draw an accurate picture of the system working condition.
If any temperature probe becomes loose or damaged, the boiler will detect the abnormal reading, trigger a fault alarm, and stop combustion automatically to prevent unsafe operation. The sensor signal cable uses shielding wire to resist external electromagnetic interference. Temperature sensors are pre-calibrated at the factory, so no extra calibration is required after onsite installation, simplifying commissioning work for installers.
