Welcome you to customize your own RV water heater – uniquely yours. We support custom mold design and tailor-made production to match your preferred appearance. Before mass production, we will confirm the first sample with you, allowing you to inspect our quality. After signing the contract and finalizing the Proforma Invoice (PI), we will begin batch production. During the manufacturing process, every RV water heater undergoes comprehensive safety performance testing in compliance with CSA certification requirements – ensuring that each unit leaving our factory delivers excellent and stable functionality.In addition, we offer ISTA 1A, ISTA 3A, and ISTA 6A international packaging to significantly reduce the risk of product damage during transit.

Q1: How to solve inconsistent water temperature for multi-point simultaneous water use?
A1: Properly reduce the total water flow, turn on the whole-house balanced temperature control function, and wait 1-2 minutes for water circuit temperature balance to achieve uniform water temperature at all points.
Q2: Why does gas consumption increase suddenly?
A2: Troubleshoot slight gas circuit leakage, blocked combustion air duct and core scale accumulation. Clean the air duct and core scale and check gas circuit tightness to restore normal gas-saving state
A5: It is mostly caused by faulty water circuit check valve and failed water flow sensor. Contact after-sales service to detect and replace accessories after basic water and power troubleshooting.
Q7: Can it be used normally in low-pressure plateau areas?
A7: Yes. The device adapts to plateau low-pressure climate with optimized gas combustion ratio and air intake structure, ensuring full combustion and stable heating in low-pressure environments regardless of plateau air pressure differences.
