Q1: What to do if the hot water temperature is low?

A1: Properly increase the set temperature and reduce the water flow, check whether the gas volume is sufficient and the heating power is full. Turn on the strong heating mode to increase water temperature in low-temperature environments.

Q2: Why is there a clicking ignition sound but no ignition?

A2: Mostly caused by air in the gas circuit, unconnected gas and carbon-deposited damp ignition electrode. The ignition fault can be solved by exhausting gas circuit air, cleaning the ignition electrode and opening the gas valve.

Q3: Why does gas mode work but electric mode fails to heat?

A3: Troubleshoot low vehicle voltage, loose circuit wiring and faulty electric heating module. Start the vehicle to generate electricity for insufficient voltage and fasten loose wiring.

Q4: Why does the device start and stop frequently?

A4: Mostly caused by fluctuating water flow and pressure and abnormal temperature control parameters. Stabilize water pressure, fix water flow and reset temperature control to solve frequent start-stop problems.

Q5: Why does the device shut down suddenly during operation?
