Features:
It adapts to the general 12V DC voltage system of RVs and supports wide voltage adaptive adjustment, which can operate stably with small voltage fluctuations. Before mass production, we will confirm the first sample with you, allowing you to inspect our quality. After signing the contract and finalizing the Proforma Invoice (PI), we will begin batch production. Q1: Is daily maintenance complicated for novice users?

Q4: Will the bathing water temperature fluctuate suddenly?
A4: No. Optimized temperature control logic for bathing scenarios ensures stable water temperature without fluctuation during start-stop and flow adjustment, fitting human body comfortable temperature and replicating household constant-temperature bathing experience.
Q5: Is low water temperature at initial startup normal?
A5: Yes. Residual cold water in the pipeline will briefly lower the outlet water temperature at initial startup, and the device will restore constant temperature after a few seconds of fast preheating, which is a normal working phenomenon without equipment failure.
Q6: Why does the water temperature drop slightly with increased water flow?
A6: Large water flow takes away more heat energy, and slight temperature drop is a normal physical phenomenon. The standard constant temperature can be quickly restored by properly reducing water flow and increasing heating power.
Q7: Is slight occasional abnormal noise in gas mode normal?
A7: Yes. Slight noise caused by instant gas combustion and airflow circulation is normal. No roaring and deflagration noise means normal operation without affecting equipment performance and safety.
Q8: Is slight wind noise during standby normal?
A8: Yes. The device continuously monitors working conditions during standby, and slight air circulation noise from the air duct and water circuit is a normal standby working state.
