The back shell serves as the “skeleton” of the water heater, bearing the entire unit’s weight and protecting its internal core components. We use galvanized thickened steel plates, not ordinary painted sheets. These are processed with high‑temperature spray coating, effectively preventing rust, peeling, and color fading, while also offering acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance – greatly enhancing product durability.

Notably, the back shell features an anti‑UV spray finish (e.g., silver metallic paint applied through a two‑coat, two‑bake process). This finish is scratch‑resistant, anti‑corrosive, and resistant to UV aging, ensuring the shell does not yellow or discolor even under prolonged sunlight exposure – it stays looking new for years. All steel and galvanized materials comply with national or industry standards, providing sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity to withstand normal operating temperatures and pressures.

2. Heat Exchanger – The Core of Thermal Conversion
The heat exchanger directly determines the energy efficiency of the unit. We adopt a specially thickened heat exchanger assembly (approximately 0.2 mm thicker than standard models), which not only extends service life but also effectively improves thermal conductivity. Made of high‑quality copper, it offers fast heat transfer, excellent corrosion resistance, and higher thermal efficiency. 3. Induction Needle – The “Guardian” of Safe Combustion
The induction needle is the critical component of the flame‑failure protection system. It constantly senses whether the flame is burning normally. In the event of an accidental flame outage, the induction needle automatically cuts off the gas supply to prevent gas leakage. The principle: the flame generates an induction current, and the controller maintains the gas valve open upon receiving this signal; once the flame is lost, the signal stops, and the valve closes instantly. This safeguard gives you complete peace of mind.

4. Burner – The Source of Powerful Heat
The burner is the “heart” of the water heater. We use an advanced T‑shaped flame burner that optimises the combustion structure and enlarges the combustion area, promoting full mixing of gas and air for more complete combustion and higher thermal efficiency. Combined with a secondary oxygen‑supply combustion chamber, combustion is cleaner and more thorough, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions – both environmentally friendly and energy‑saving. The flame is stable, with minimal flame lift, no yellow tipping, and low combustion noise.

5. Gas/Water Valve Assembly – The Precision “Control Centre”
The gas/water valve assembly acts as the unit’s “neural switch”, sensing water pressure and controlling gas on/off. A water‑control device detects water flow pressure and automatically opens/closes the gas valve. A built‑in pressure‑stabilising function ensures a stable gas supply, preventing risks like yellow flames, flame lift, flameout, or deflagration caused by unstable gas pressure. After signing the contract and finalizing the Proforma Invoice (PI),  begin batch production for you. 1. Four automated production lines - The production capacity of a single production line can reach up to 10,000 units per month. During the peak season of orders in autumn and winter, the monthly output of gas water heaters can reach as high as 40,000 units. Before cartoning, every unit is processed through a fully automatic heat-shrink film wrapper. This tight, transparent layer acts as armor, effectively isolating each machine from high-salinity sea fog corrosion, warehouse dust, and minor handling scratches. 3. Fully Automatic Strapping – Eliminating “Collapsed Cartons” & Reducing Damage to Near Zero

We employ fully automatic cross/H‑type strapping machines to reinforce every carton with high-tension bundling. The powerful compression integrates each carton securely with the pallet, thoroughly eliminating carton deformation, bursting, and collapsing caused by rough seas and stacking pressure during transit. Our commitment: any shipping damage caused by insufficient packaging is fully covered by us.

4. Experimental And Testing Equipment

① Fan Life Test Bench, Air Pressure Switch Life Test Bench, Gas Proportional Valve Life Test Bench, Display Screen Life Test Bench. 

When customizing samples for customers and producing large quantities of products, we will conduct lifespan tests on the core components of the gas water heaters to ensure the safety and stability of these components. For components such as fans, pressure switches, gas proportion valves, and display screens, we will perform performance and safety tests for each gas water heater for customers according to strict testing standards.

② Gas Water Heater Comprehensive Performance Test Bench

Installed at the end of every production line, this test bench performs 100% full inspection on every single finished unit before shipment. It automatically conducts airtightness testing (ensuring zero gas or water leakage) and verifies all safety protection functions – including dry‑burn prevention, flame‑failure shutdown, and tip‑over protection – to confirm they respond correctly. Any unit failing any criterion is instantly rejected and never reaches the market. This final quality gate guarantees that every water heater you receive is fully functional and defect‑free.

③ Gas Water Heater Comprehensive Performance Sub-Test Bench
After the main test bench completes 100% full inspection, this sub-test bench performs a secondary auxiliary check on production units, focusing specifically on water pressure stability – simulating household water pressure fluctuations to verify consistent temperature performance and component sealing under varying pressures. This " re-verification gate " effectively filters out potential issues caused by sudden pressure changes, ensuring every shipped unit has a stable and reliable water circuit. Double inspection, double peace of mind.

④ Electrical Safety Comprehensive Test Bench

After passing performance and sealing inspections, every water heater must undergo 100% electrical safety testing on this bench. The system automatically checks grounding continuity to ensure a reliable connection between the metal casing and the earth wire, eliminating shock hazards; it also conducts high-voltage dielectric strength testing (hipot test) to verify that insulation between live parts and the casing meets standards. Any failure triggers an immediate alarm and lockout, preventing defective units from leaving the factory. This final “ electrical safety insurance ” gives your end users peace of mind and you total confidence in every shipment.

⑤ Precision Salt Spray Test Chamber
During the new sample development phase, we place complete water heaters into our precision salt spray chamber to simulate extreme marine environments with high salinity, high temperature, and high humidity through continuous atomized spray testing. Every metal component – including the back shell, burner, heat exchanger, and pipe fittings – must withstand over 72 hours of exposure without red rust, corrosion, or coating peeling. This “ accelerated aging test ” guarantees that your custom samples remain corrosion-resistant and perform like new, whether destined for coastal cities or island nations.

⑥ Programmable Temperature & Humidity Test Chamber
During the new sample validation phase, we place complete units into our programmable temperature and humidity chamber to simulate extreme climate combinations – including high‑temperature/high‑humidity, low‑temperature/low‑humidity, and rapid thermal cycling – to comprehensively evaluate ignition stability, combustion efficiency, electrical insulation performance, and sealing material weather resistance. Through multiple programmable temperature‑humidity cycling tests, we ensure that your custom samples maintain stable performance no matter whether destined for tropical rainforests, frigid regions, or desert areas with extreme day‑night temperature swings.
⑦ Finished Gas Water Heater Comprehensive Performance Testing Equipment

During new sample validation and batch random inspection of mass production, we use our finished product comprehensive performance testing equipment to conduct energy efficiency coefficient testing (thermal efficiency, flue gas temperature, etc.) and a full scan of all safety indicators – comparing every parameter against national standards (GB 6932) and destination-specific certification requirements (such as CE, CSA, AGA, etc.). The system automatically determines whether each unit meets every criterion, ensuring your products not only deliver excellent performance but also clear customs smoothly and enter the market in full compliance, eliminating risks of returns or penalties due to non-compliance.

⑧ Gas Water Heater Service Life Test Bench

During new sample validation and batch random inspection of mass production, we place complete units onto our service life test bench to conduct 10,000 complete start-stop durability cycles, strictly in accordance with national standards (GB 6932) – simulating daily user on/off operations to verify performance degradation and reliability of ignition, combustion, heat exchange, flame-failure protection, and all other systems after long-term repeated use. Every new sample unit must pass this test, and mass production batches are regularly spot-tested. 10,000 start-stop cycles equate to over 10 years of normal household usage – proving your products can stand the test of time.

⑨ Gas Dedicated Analyzer
Gas is the " fuel " for water heaters, and composition fluctuations directly affect combustion efficiency and safety. We are equipped with a gas dedicated analyzer to conduct precise composition testing on every incoming gas batch – including calorific value, Wobbe index, combustion potential, methane content, and other critical parameters. This ensures that the test gas used on our production line perfectly matches the gas supply in your target market, preventing issues such as incomplete combustion, yellow flame, and deflagration caused by gas incompatibility.
