1. Thermal Efficiency

Higher thermal efficiency means lower gas consumption – a key selling point in markets with rising energy costs.

What to verify:

  • North America: 80–85% (non-condensing) or 90%+ (condensing)

  • Europe & Middle East: 85%+ minimum

  • Central Asia & Africa: efficiency matters for off-grid applications

Questions to ask: What is the tested efficiency at rated load? Do you provide third-party test reports? Is efficiency consistent across natural gas and LPG?


2. Heat Exchanger Material

The heat exchanger directly impacts durability, corrosion resistance, and heat transfer.

Questions to ask: What material and thickness do you use? Do you offer tin-plated copper? What is your warranty on heat exchanger failure?


3. Temperature Rise & Flow Rate

These two parameters determine real-world usability. Different regions have different baseline water temperatures.
